Q: How much is due when I sign the contract?

A: We require 50% of the project total to be paid at the time of signing the contract. The remaining 50% is due upon job completion, once you are fully satisfied with the work.

A: Yes! Our full home brick inspection is completely free. This includes a detailed examination of your brickwork and a thorough review of our findings with you.

Q: Why do both homeowners need to be present for the inspection?

A: Our inspections are detailed and thorough, often leading to important questions and decisions, such as brick matching or selecting repair options. Having both homeowners present ensures everyone is on the same page and has input in the process.
